Arobella®
Qoustic Wound Therapy System™ (AR1000)
A low-frequency contact ultrasound system that combines gentle ultrasonic energy with a saline irrigant to deliver simultaneous wound cleansing, debridement, and bacterial reduction — all in a single chairside treatment.

How It Works
Contact Low-Frequency Ultrasound
The AR1000 generates low-frequency ultrasonic energy (approximately 22.5 kHz) that travels through a sterile titanium probe. A continuous saline irrigant flows over the probe tip, becoming acoustically activated as it contacts the wound bed.
This ultrasonically energized mist gently disrupts and removes nonviable tissue, biofilm, and bacterial contamination while preserving healthy granulation tissue — promoting a clean, healing wound environment in a single treatment.

Key Benefits
Selective Debridement
Removes nonviable tissue and biofilm while preserving healthy granulation tissue.
Bacterial Reduction
Acoustically activated saline disrupts bacterial colonies and biofilm at the wound bed.
Single-Session Treatment
Cleansing, debridement, and irrigation delivered simultaneously in one chairside visit.
Patient Comfort
Gentle, low-frequency energy is well-tolerated with minimal procedural discomfort.
Indications
Indicated for the cleansing and maintenance debridement of wounds and burns including:
Diabetic Foot Ulcers
Pressure Ulcers
Venous Leg Ulcers
Surgical Wounds
Burns & Trauma
